Dr. Taylor's office is located on Memorial Drive near the Franklin-Simpson Memorial Hospital on the south end of Franklin, Kentucky.

• Take I-65 to Exit 2.
• Go north on Highway 31-W past the Wal-Mart.
• At the next intersection there is a sign for Franklin-Simpson Memorial Hospital. Turn left.
• Dr. Taylor's office is the second building on the right.
